Head Start Teacher Effectiveness Project

The major goal of this Project was to develop, implement, and evaluate an approach to professional development that promoted Head Start Teachers’ use of evidence-based early childhood classroom and teaching practices to enhance positive child outcomes. The project was funded, in part, by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Head Start (90YR0021).
